1. Privacy Principles
At CoFlow, we believe enterprise trust is built on absolute data confidentiality. We do not monetize, sell, or rent your corporate data or customer details to any third party. Your ERP data belongs strictly to your business.
2. Isolated Cloud Infrastructure
Unlike shared legacy SaaS platforms, every CoFlow tenant runs within dedicated container namespaces and independent database schemas. AI models deployed on CoFlow operate with customer data isolation and never train public models on your confidential corporate records.
3. Cookies and Session Management
We use essential functional cookies (e.g., frontend_lang for language preference, session_id for secure encrypted user authentication). Third-party advertising trackers are strictly excluded from our core ERP platform.
4. Data Retention & Destruction
Upon subscription termination, customers may download full database backups (SQL dump and file attachments) from their portal. Upon written request, all associated server volumes and databases are securely wiped in compliance with DoD standards.
