Yes. Every site is defined as a project; material, subcontractor progress payments and labour are booked to it through analytic accounting. Budget and actual sit side by side, so variances show up weekly.
Can we approve subcontractor progress claims in the system?
Yes. Subcontractor agreement, progress notification, progress-payment approval and payment move along the same chain. Approval steps are defined by authority level.
Can material requests be raised from site?
Yes. The site team raises the request in the system, it passes through the approval chain and lands in purchasing. Delivery is booked into the site store and issued items are tracked on charge.
