Seed, fertiliser, crop protection — right batch, right account
Prescription-based sales, batch and expiry tracking, and seasonal credit in one system.
An agricultural dealership runs two things at once: strict regulation and loose payment terms. Crop protection is sold on prescription and must be traced by batch, while the grower pays after harvest. A dealer keeping both in a ledger book is neither ready for inspection nor sure what is owed. Coflow Bulut records both.
Right product, right dose, recorded sale
Crop protection products carry their registration, active ingredient and dosage. For prescription-controlled sales the prescription is attached to the transaction, so who bought what, from which batch, is on record.
- Registration, active ingredient and dosage details
- Attaching prescription details to the sale
- Grower record with land details
- Seed, fertiliser and crop protection categories
Never let an expiry date sit forgotten on the shelf
Every item enters stock with a batch number and expiry date, and the batch closest to expiry ships first. Items approaching expiry gather in a separate list so the return or promotion decision is made in time.
- Batch and expiry tracking, FEFO issue rule
- Alert list for stock nearing expiry
- Stock by warehouse and branch
- Pre-season replenishment planning
Pay after harvest, with the risk under control
The grower’s account is set up with a credit limit and payment terms. The balance built up over the season is compared with the harvest-time collection plan, and the system warns on any sale that breaches the limit.
- Credit limit and terms per grower
- Seasonal payment plan after harvest
- Cheque and note tracking with ageing report
- Sales alert when the limit is exceeded

After harvest we used to work out who owed what from a ledger book. Now the list is simply there.
